The Irish themed Sexton Pub is one of those restaurants that is sometimes overlooked because of its visual appearance. But looks can be deceiving. The Sexton is one such place. The ambiance is intimate. It exudes intimacy but at the same time maintains a welcoming environment that is not very often seen in restaurants anymore. Then again if one takes the time to look past the front door the reward is tremendous. Great food, the menu was authentic, and the flavors were truly Irish in taste and quality. Chef Love had a friendly welcoming personality, who went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. We, as a party of four, will be returning.

This place is so much more than a bar — it’s a standout addition to Savannah. The food is exceptional, and the overall experience is truly top-notch. Since moving back to Savannah, it’s easily the best spot I’ve visited, and absolutely worth a visit. Get some and come visit this epic place and you will keep coming back! Its what Savannah needs!
